Refund policy

Before you purchase your product please ask us questions. The cost to return a product is expensive and we want to insure you are 100% satisfied when you receive your order.

The product purchased must be returned within 2 weeks from the time of purchase to be eligible for a refund. If the product is damaged during delivery, or you have an issue with your order, contact us immediately so we can resolve that issue.

You MUST RECEIVE an RMA Number via phone call or email prior to returning the merchandise. Please make sure that your RMA Number is clearly marked on the outside of your return package.  If you do not receive an RMA number from us your shipment may be refused for security reasons. S&K Manufacturing, Inc. is not responsible for Refused merchandise that does not list the RMA number on the outside of the Package(s) being returned. The customer is responsible for all shipping/packaging costs to return the product back to S&K plus the freight to ship the replacement merchandise to you.

All returned items must be received in original condition and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Please note that shipping and handling will not be refunded. (this includes actual shipping cost on orders that qualified for Free Shipping)

Please receive prior authorization via phone or email before returning any orders.

Please include your name, address phone with your return and allow 14 days for your Financial Institution (Your Bank) to credit your account.
