Shipping:

Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS Priority.
Most items arrive within 5 - 10 business days after payment has been received.
Depending on the time of year.

** Orders shipped Outside the Continental United States may have additional Shipping Charges**

Billing:

Customers' credit cards are charged when the order is placed. .
If a Check is used for payment, the order will ship as soon as we receive the check.

Order Status:

You will receive an email after the order is placed to confirm the order. Then you will receive an email with your confirmation number when the order is scheduled to ship. You may also call within normal business hours (9am-5pm cst) 1-800-764-8688 or email us any time to determine the status of an order.

Damages:

Please inspect your order immediately (within 2 weeks of delivery). If the product is damaged during delivery or you have an issue with your order, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue..

Cancellations:

Customers may cancel any order at any time before it ships at no charge. Please note that once the item is shipped the shipping and handling will not be refunded. Also the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product back to S&K. All returned items must be received in original condition and in original packaging.

You MUST RECEIVE an RMA Number prior to returning the merchandise via phone or email. Then put your number on the outside of the package. If you do not receive a RMA number your shipment may be refused for security reasons.

Warranty Information:

All items are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of at least one year. A lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship is offered to each Martin House if an S&K Tri-Tel or Quad-Tel Pole or adapter is purchased to be used with an S&K House (s&h charge only).
This way we can be sure of its correct installation and wears properly.

Returns and Refunds:

Please note that shipping and handling will not be refunded. Please receive prior authorization via phone or email before returning any orders.

All returned items must be received in original condition and in original packaging.

Please include your name, address phone with your return and allow 14 days for your credit to appear.

How to place an order online:

Step 1: Locate an item on our site and click "Add One to Basket" to place the item in your shopping cart. You can add and remove items from your shopping cart without any obligation to buy.

Step 2: Click "Check Out" to place an order for the items in your cart. You will have an opportunity to cancel your order before final check out.

**You will have the opportunity to create an Account**
(It is not Necessary to create an account to order from us but it is Convenient).
If you are a frequent shopper here at S&K Manufacturing, Inc. we recommend that you fill out our secured customer "Account Log-In" information page. This will store your checkout processing information such as name, shipping address, etc.. Then the next time you visit S&K Manufacturing, Inc. and purchase an item your information will be pre-filled out so you do not have to enter it again.

Step 3: Choose a Payment Method from the list of options:

Order by Credit Card online: The order is shipped to the credit card holder's billing address, unless a Shipping Address is specified. When using a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) you will need to provide the CVS Code.

What is a CVS code?
For additional security, credit card companies put additional numbers on the actual credit card itself.

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover

For American Express

Enter your CVC2 code, located on the back of your MasterCard, Visa or Discover, near the signature panel and it normally consists of three digits that appear after the last four digits of your card number. Enter your CID number, located on the front of your American Express card, this number is recorded as four digits in very small writing above the last few digits of the card number.

Order by Credit Card using FAX: Your order information is displayed on a page that you print and fax to us along with your credit card number.

Order by Check/MO through Postal Mail: Your order information is displayed on a page that you print and mail to us along with your check for the amount of the order.

Step 4: Enter your billing, shipping and payment information on the forms provided and submit the order. Instructions are provided along the way.

Step 5: Note the order number returned to you for future inquires. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when we receive your order. And an email after the product is shipped with the confirmation number.
